State of AI Data Lake Build Out Partners in 2027

Plenty of private equity portfolios run on several ERPs, a few CRMs, and a finance team that rebuilds the board pack by hand every month. Then the operating partner asks for an AI agent that answers questions about margin by customer across five portcos. The agent is the easy part. The data underneath it is scattered, duplicated, and owned by nobody. That is why the AI data lake build out partner you pick matters more in 2027 than the model you pick. A lake, or more often a lakehouse on Databricks, Snowflake, or Microsoft Fabric, is the layer that makes everything above it possible. What most sponsors get wrong is treating it as a reporting project, scoped for dashboards, with nothing designed for agents, retrieval, or governed AI access.

We built this list around one question: which partners can stand up a lakehouse that AI can actually use, inside a hold period, and keep it running? We weighted platform depth, AI-readiness, and private equity fluency, and preferred firms whose Databricks, Snowflake, or Microsoft partner status we could confirm on a public page. We left out generalist dev shops, firms whose only data work is BI dashboards, and firms with thin public footprints. You will see PE-native consultancies next to platform specialists and two global firms, because the right partner depends on your portfolio's size and stack. A sibling post covers data engineering partners more broadly. Here, the focus is the platform build out and the AI that consumes it.

TL:DR; — Top AI Data Lake Build Out Firms

  1. PressW: An AI-first engineering partner that builds the data lake so Claude agents and AI tools can actually use it, then keeps operating both. Forward-deployed engineers, fixed build cycles, and a managed service after launch.
  2. Blue Orange Digital: A data-and-AI consultancy with a dedicated private equity practice, certified across Databricks, Snowflake, AWS and Azure, and published case studies on unifying acquired companies' systems.
  3. West Monroe: A PE-heavy consultancy and Databricks Gold Partner, now building Clearlake Capital's fund-wide data platform alongside Databricks.

Key Advantages of Working With an AI Data Lake Build Out Partner

Sponsors have plenty of AI ambition. What they lack is a place where the data lives together.

Allvue's 2026 GP Outlook Survey of 102 senior private markets leaders found only 8% report highly mature data environments, and most named fragmented data and limited integration as barriers to AI. The large sponsors are already moving: in July 2026, Clearlake Capital announced a partnership with Databricks and West Monroe to connect investment, operational, financial and portfolio data in one environment, from deal sourcing through portfolio monitoring.

Here is what a real partner changes.

Portfolio data ends up in one governed place. Finance, operations and commercial data from every portco lands in one lakehouse with shared definitions. Revenue means the same thing at company three as it does at company seven.

Add-ons plug into an existing pattern. A good partner builds the ingestion and mapping once. The fourth acquisition takes weeks to onboard, not a quarter.

AI has something to stand on. Clean, documented tables, vector-ready document stores, and role-based access are what let an agent answer a question without leaking deal data or hallucinating a number. Bolt AI onto a messy lake and you get a confident wrong answer.

Fund-level reporting stops being a monthly fire drill. When the lake feeds the board pack and the LP report, the finance team stops rebuilding spreadsheets and starts reviewing them.

Someone still owns it in month six. Pipelines break, source systems change, and a new portco arrives. The tech is relatively easy nowadays. It's the people side, and the ownership side, that decide whether the lake stays useful through exit.

How We Ranked These Firms

Five things, weighted in this order:

  1. Lakehouse depth. Verified partner status and delivery history on Databricks, Snowflake, Microsoft Fabric and OneLake, AWS or GCP. We favored tiers we could confirm on a vendor or press page over self-applied badges.
  2. AI-readiness. Does the firm design the lake for AI consumption: retrieval and RAG-ready stores, semantic layers, and governed access for agents? Or does it stop at dashboards?
  3. PE fluency. Cross-portco consolidation, add-on integration, and fund-level reporting, backed by named sponsors or published case studies.
  4. Time to first usable data. A sponsor on a five-year hold cannot wait a year for the first trusted table. We looked for published timelines and fast-start formats.
  5. Ongoing ownership. Does the firm operate and extend the platform after launch, or hand over a repo and a runbook?

1. PressW

The forward-deployed team that builds your portfolio data lake for the AI that will use it, then keeps it running.

PressW homepage: “Strategic AI Consulting For Private Equity & Their Portfolios” | ai data lake private equity

We built our Data Lake Build Out practice for private equity firms and their portfolio companies that want AI running on top of their data. Most sponsors we talk to already have the ambition: an agent that answers margin questions across portcos, a diligence assistant that reads the data room, a board pack that assembles itself. What they do not have is a data layer an AI can trust. So we start there. Every engagement runs through TransformationOS, our methodology for rapid AI transformation, which usually begins with an AI & Data Readiness Assessment to map what exists, what is duplicated, and what the first AI use case actually needs.

Our forward-deployed engineers sit with the people who do the work, the controller, the ops lead, the analyst who owns the spreadsheet everyone depends on. Then they build the pipelines, the lake, and the governed access layer around the questions your team actually asks. A fixed build cycle moves the work from assessment to first usable data to production, with checkpoints your team signs off on. Because we are a Claude-first team and an Official Anthropic Partner, the lake is designed from day one for agents: evals, telemetry and human approval gates on anything that reads from it, and usage and adoption tracked in Argos, our platform for transparent reporting and management.

AI Transformation: AI & Data Readiness Assessment, Forward Deployed AI Engineering, Custom AI Application & Platform Development, Data Engineering, Data Lake Build Out, AI Change Management

Managed AI Services: Claude Deployment, Configuration & Maintenance, Custom Claude Agent & Workflow Development, Claude License Management, Token & Usage Analytics, Token Optimization, AI Security, Compliance & Governance, AI Training & Support

Standout Clients: Lorient Capital, Coustier Advisory (see the recent Claude case study), S3 Ventures

Best For: Sponsors and portcos that want the data lake and the AI on top of it built and run by one team, measured in hours returned and faster answers.

Why Choose PressW:

  • SOC 2 Type II certified, with a team of 100% Anthropic-certified forward-deployed engineers, so the lake and the agents that read it are designed together.
  • Managed AI Services after launch, so the team that built the lake keeps operating it, onboarding new portcos, and tuning the AI on top.
  • Fixed build cycles with checkpoints and Argos reporting, so you see what shipped and who is using it.

Keep in Mind: We are a boutique. We can scale a team quickly, but if you need a multi-geography migration across dozens of enterprise systems on day one, a global firm further down this list fits that shape better. Our center of gravity is the AI consumption layer. If your project is a pure warehouse migration with no AI in scope, a platform specialist below may be the better buy.

2. Blue Orange Digital

A data-platform firm with a dedicated private equity practice and the case studies to show for it.

Blue Orange Digital homepage: “We don't pitch pilots. We ship outcomes.” | ai data lake private equity

Blue Orange Digital came up through data engineering and sells to private equity directly. Its private equity practice covers three areas: AI and data strategy, modern data infrastructure, and intelligent automation. The strategy work includes portfolio-wide assessments that rank data and AI opportunities. The infrastructure work consolidates data from portfolio companies into shared platforms, which is the exact problem this list is about. The firm lists certified consulting partner status with AWS, Azure, Snowflake and Databricks.

The published case studies are the reason it ranks this high. In one, a firm managing $20 billion unified four acquired companies' CRM and ERP systems and reported a 40% increase in qualified deal flow and a 35% cut in diligence time. In another, an AI-powered deal sourcing platform for a PE and VC firm with over $2 billion in assets cut deal evaluation time by 60%. Insight Partners appears as a named client for unifying more than 15 third-party data sources. These outcomes are self-reported.

Blue Orange also runs a Databricks-facing site that pitches it as a delivery partner for mid-market and PE-backed companies. Oliver Wyman is a backer.

Services: Portfolio data and AI assessments, modern data infrastructure, portfolio data consolidation, intelligent automation and AI agents, analytics and ML

Standout Clients: Insight Partners, Two Sigma, Bregal Sagemount, Comvest Partners

Best For: Sponsors who want portco data consolidated into one platform and AI built on top, by a firm that already speaks PE.

Why Choose Blue Orange Digital:

  • A named private equity practice with published, sponsor-side case studies
  • Certified across all four major platforms, so the stack can follow the portfolio rather than the vendor
  • Data-engineering roots, which is where most portco AI projects actually stall

Keep in Mind: Its Databricks partner tier is not stated in a source we could check, and one of its partner pages shows conflicting deployment counts. Case-study numbers come from the firm itself and the clients behind them are mostly anonymized.

3. West Monroe

A PE-heavy consultancy that is building one of the most visible sponsor data platforms of 2026.

West Monroe homepage: “THE NEXT STEP IN AI? BECOMING AN AI-NATIVE BUSINESS.” | ai data lake private equity

West Monroe has served private equity for years and has a private equity practice built around AI-driven, data-backed value creation. In late 2020 it acquired Two Six Capital, a data science firm focused on private equity, and folded that work into its Intellio products, including a revenue forecasting tool used from diligence through exit.

The 2026 headline is Clearlake. In July, Clearlake Capital announced a partnership with Databricks and West Monroe to build a data platform spanning deal origination, diligence, fund operations and portfolio companies. Clearlake AI Labs will help portco management teams upgrade data infrastructure and find AI use cases. In the release, West Monroe describes itself as a Databricks Gold Partner that builds modern lakehouse and AI-ready data platforms in just weeks.

That is the clearest public example on this list of a partner building a fund-level and portco-level lakehouse for one sponsor at once.

Services: Data insights for private equity, lakehouse and AI-ready data platforms, Intellio revenue forecasting, diligence and value creation analytics, Databricks implementation

Standout Clients: Clearlake Capital

Best For: Mid-market and large sponsors who want a PE-fluent consultancy to build a fund-wide data platform on Databricks.

Why Choose West Monroe:

  • A named sponsor-level lakehouse program, announced publicly with Databricks
  • Long PE history plus a data science product built specifically for deal teams
  • Strategy, operations and data under one roof

Keep in Mind: Gold is below Databricks' top tier, and the firm's Snowflake and Microsoft Fabric depth is not as visible. The "in weeks" timeline is the firm's own claim. As a full-service consultancy, expect a larger engagement shape than a data boutique.

4. Teragonia

The only firm here built exclusively for private equity, sold as a platform with services wrapped around it.

Teragonia homepage: “The AI Operating System for Private Equity” | ai data lake private equity

Teragonia is a Chicago company that builds data foundations and AI applications only for PE-backed companies. Its platform, Astradis, runs on Snowflake, and the firm reached Snowflake Select tier partner status with a decision intelligence system pitched as a one-stop data solution for portfolio companies.

The growth numbers are large and self-reported. A January 2026 release says annual recurring subscription and service revenue grew more than 220% in 2025, formal sponsor relationships roughly doubled, and the sponsor network it serves now holds about $400 billion in AUM. In April 2026 it hired a managing director for financial sponsor coverage to work with middle-market and upper-middle-market funds. Its CEO frames the alternative bluntly: an in-house build costs nine to 18 months and $3 to $4 million in payroll.

Services: Astradis platform, portfolio data foundation, analytics engineering, AI applications for EBITDA growth and exit readiness

Standout Clients: None named publicly in the sources we checked.

Best For: Sponsors who want a standardized data foundation rolled out across many portcos on Snowflake, with a product doing the heavy lifting.

Why Choose Teragonia:

  • PE-exclusive, so every engagement is shaped around a hold period
  • A packaged platform, which shortens time to first usable data
  • A sponsor-coverage team built to work across a fund, not one portco at a time

Keep in Mind: Teragonia is a product company first, so you buy into Astradis rather than a lake built to your design. It is small, listed at 11 to 50 employees. Snowflake Select sits below Elite, and the growth figures come from the company.

5. phData

The 2026 Snowflake Global Services AI Partner of the Year, owned by a private equity firm.

phData homepage: “Build the intelligence era” | ai data lake private equity

phData is one of the largest pure-play data engineering firms, a Snowflake Elite Services Partner and an AWS Advanced Consulting Partner. At Summit 26, Snowflake named phData both its Global Services AI Partner of the Year and its AMER Services Implementation Partner of the Year. For a post about lakes built for AI consumption, that first award is the most relevant signal any firm on this list carries.

It also knows private equity from the inside. In December 2024, Gryphon Investors completed a majority growth recapitalization of phData, with management keeping a significant stake. phData describes itself as an Anthropic Preferred Partner on its own materials. We did not confirm that against Anthropic's directory.

Services: Data engineering, Snowflake platform build and migration, AI and machine learning, analytics and visualization, managed data services

Standout Clients: None named in the sources we checked.

Best For: Portcos standardized on Snowflake that want AI workloads built by Snowflake's 2026 AI partner of the year.

Why Choose phData:

  • Snowflake's 2026 Global Services AI Partner of the Year
  • Elite tier, with deep engineering bench strength
  • PE-owned, so it understands sponsor timelines from its own cap table

Keep in Mind: phData's center is Snowflake. If your portfolio leans Databricks or Fabric, look harder at the firms below. We found no published PE practice or sponsor case study, and the Anthropic claim is self-reported.

6. Accordion

A private equity consultancy built around the CFO, with a large data and analytics practice behind it.

Accordion homepage: “Private equity’s value creation partner.” | ai data lake private equity

Accordion is built around private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies, and its entry point is the office of the CFO. In 2023 it acquired Merilytics, a data and analytics firm with more than 500 people that already served PE firms and portcos, and made it the core of its Data & Analytics practice, delivered largely from a 1,500-seat office in Hyderabad.

The practice focuses on reporting, sales, pricing and operations analytics across complex data sets. Its own hiring for a Senior Director, Data Platform calls for architecture across Snowflake, Databricks, Microsoft Fabric and Azure, which tells you the platform work is real and stack-agnostic.

Services: CFO advisory, financial reporting, data and analytics, data platform build, pricing and commercial analytics

Standout Clients: None named publicly.

Best For: Portcos where the first use of the lake is finance: close, reporting, and the board pack.

Why Choose Accordion:

  • PE-native, with the CFO as the primary buyer, which is usually who owns the data problem
  • A large offshore delivery bench for analytics and data engineering
  • Works across Snowflake, Databricks and Fabric

Keep in Mind: Accordion sells finance transformation first, and the data platform supports it. We found no published platform partner tier or AI-readiness offering, and its platform evidence comes from a job listing rather than a case study.

7. Analytics8

A Snowflake Elite consultancy with a published playbook for consolidating portfolio data.

Analytics8 homepage: “Turn data ambition into measurable value.” | ai data lake private equity

Analytics8 is a Chicago data and analytics consultancy, founded in 2002, with about 144 employees and private equity backing according to PitchBook. Its private equity page reads like a checklist for this category: automate the manual consolidation of financial and operational data across portfolio companies, merge data from newly acquired companies, benchmark performance across the hold, and improve data on potential acquisitions.

It is an Elite Snowflake partner and lists dbt and Databricks among its platforms. In 2022 it acquired Mashey, a Denver data consultancy, to add capacity.

Services: Portfolio data consolidation, add-on data integration, portfolio benchmarking, data strategy, Snowflake and Databricks builds, BI and reporting

Standout Clients: None named publicly.

Best For: Sponsors who want cross-portco consolidation and fund-level reporting from a mid-sized firm that names those use cases directly.

Why Choose Analytics8:

  • A PE page that names consolidation, add-on integration and benchmarking explicitly
  • Snowflake Elite tier with dbt and Databricks experience
  • Mid-sized, so senior people stay on the work

Keep in Mind: The PE page lists use cases but no named sponsors or case studies. The AI-readiness story is thinner than its reporting story, so ask how the lake will serve retrieval and agents as well as dashboards.

8. 3Cloud

A Microsoft and Azure Databricks specialist that grew up inside a private equity portfolio.

3Cloud homepage: “FUELING BIGGER, BOLDER IMPACT – IN THE ERA OF AI” | ai data lake private equity

3Cloud is one of Microsoft's top Azure partners and has won several Microsoft Partner of the Year awards, including in Data & AI. It reached Databricks Elite partner status in October 2025, with delivery focused on Azure Databricks. For portfolios that already run on Microsoft 365, Azure and Power BI, that combination is the shortest path to a lakehouse.

It also has an unusually clear PE story of its own. Gryphon Investors backed 3Cloud from 2020, grew revenue more than twelvefold through add-ons and organic growth, and sold it to Cognizant in a deal that closed on 2 January 2026. Leadership stayed on to run the Azure practice inside Cognizant.

Services: Azure data platform, Azure Databricks lakehouse, Microsoft Fabric and Power BI, data migration, AI and analytics, managed services

Standout Clients: None named in the sources we checked.

Best For: Microsoft-standardized portcos that want a lakehouse on Azure Databricks or Fabric.

Why Choose 3Cloud:

  • Databricks Elite with an Azure-first delivery team
  • Multiple Microsoft Partner of the Year awards in data and AI
  • A buy-and-build history that mirrors how sponsors grow portcos

Keep in Mind: It is now part of Cognizant, so mid-market engagement shape may change. We could not confirm a Microsoft Fabric featured partner designation. We found no PE-specific offering.

9. Aimpoint Digital

Elite on both Databricks and Snowflake, which few firms this size can say.

Aimpoint Digital homepage: “We build enterprise AI and modern data solutions” | ai data lake private equity

Aimpoint Digital holds top-tier status with both major lakehouse vendors. It reached Databricks Elite in September 2025, moving from Registered to Select to Elite in under 12 months, with a third of the company Databricks certified and more than 80 certifications across engineering, analytics and AI. It is also a Snowflake Elite Services Partner.

That dual status matters for sponsors whose portcos split across both platforms. One partner can design a pattern that works on either.

Services: Databricks and Snowflake lakehouse builds, data engineering, analytics, AI and machine learning, data migration

Standout Clients: None named in the sources we checked.

Best For: Portfolios with a mixed Databricks and Snowflake estate that want one partner for both.

Why Choose Aimpoint Digital:

  • Elite on both Databricks and Snowflake
  • A fast, documented climb through the Databricks tiers
  • Heavy certification density across engineering and AI

Keep in Mind: We did not find a private equity practice or sponsor case study. Ask for portco references and for how it handles cross-company consolidation.

10. Lovelytics

A Databricks Elite specialist that Databricks backed early, now part of CDW.

Lovelytics homepage: “Powering the world's most advanced businesses with data and AI” | ai data lake private equity

Lovelytics is about as close to Databricks as a services firm gets. It was the first consulting partner backed by Databricks Ventures, and it has won multiple Databricks Partner of the Year awards since 2022. In 2025 it bought Datalytics and then merged with Chicago-based Nousot. The merger release describes it as an Elite Databricks partner.

The bigger change came in 2026. CDW agreed to buy Lovelytics for about $525 million in September, and completed the acquisition later that month. Lovelytics now anchors CDW's Data & Analytics practice, with more than 600 people across the U.S., Canada, Argentina and Colombia.

Services: Databricks lakehouse builds and migrations, data engineering, analytics, AI and machine learning

Standout Clients: None named in the sources we checked.

Best For: Databricks-committed portcos that want a specialist bench with a large IT provider behind it.

Why Choose Lovelytics:

  • Databricks Elite, and the first consulting partner Databricks Ventures backed
  • Multiple Databricks Partner of the Year awards since 2022
  • CDW's scale and existing vendor relationships, now attached to a specialist team

Keep in Mind: The CDW deal closed in September 2026, after two acquisitions of its own in 2025. Ask who will staff your project and whether pricing now follows CDW's model. We did not find a published PE practice. The close Databricks ties are a strength, and a potential bias if you are still choosing a platform.

11. Slalom

2026 awards from both Databricks and Snowflake, delivered at enterprise scale.

Slalom homepage: “The ambition to execution gap is widening” | ai data lake private equity

Slalom had a big 2026 on both platforms. Snowflake named it the 2026 Global Snowflake Services Innovation Partner of the Year. At Data + AI Summit, Databricks gave it two 2026 awards: Data + AI Platform C&SI Partner of the Year and C&SI Insurance Partner of the Year, its 11th Databricks award. The recognition cites enterprise lakehouse modernization programs and industry Brickbuilder accelerators.

Services: Databricks and Snowflake lakehouse modernization, data strategy, industry accelerators, AI and machine learning, cloud and change management

Standout Clients: None named in the sources we checked.

Best For: Larger portcos that want an award-winning lakehouse partner with local teams across many cities.

Why Choose Slalom:

  • 2026 partner awards from both Databricks and Snowflake
  • Industry accelerators that shorten time to first usable data
  • Strategy, data and change management under one roof

Keep in Mind: Slalom is a large firm built for enterprise programs. We did not find a private equity practice or portco case study, so cross-portco consolidation is something to probe.

12. Hakkoda

A Snowflake Elite specialist now inside IBM Consulting.

Hakkoda homepage: “Unleash innovation.” | ai data lake private equity

IBM acquired Hakkoda, closing on 2 April 2025, to add data migration and modernization weight to IBM Consulting. Hakkoda is an Elite Snowflake partner with hundreds of SnowPro certifications. It was Snowflake's 2024 Healthcare & Life Sciences Services Partner of the Year and 2023 Americas SI Innovation Partner of the Year.

Services: Snowflake platform build and migration, data modernization, data governance, AI and analytics

Standout Clients: None named in the sources we checked.

Best For: Healthcare and life sciences portcos moving to Snowflake that want IBM-scale backing.

Why Choose Hakkoda:

  • Elite Snowflake tier with deep certification density
  • Healthcare and life sciences recognition from Snowflake
  • IBM Consulting's reach behind a specialist team

Keep in Mind: Since the IBM deal, engagement shape and pricing follow IBM. We found no private equity practice.

13. 7Rivers

A small Snowflake Elite firm with fresh funding to build AI on top of the lake.

7Rivers homepage: “The Native AI Consultancy for the Snowflake Era” | ai data lake private equity

7Rivers is a Milwaukee firm listed at Snowflake's Elite tier, with specializations in data engineering, analytics and AI. In February 2026 it closed a $5 million Series A led by Inoca Capital Partners, which took a minority stake. The money goes to Snowflake delivery teams and generative AI offerings on the Snowflake Marketplace.

Services: Snowflake data modernization, data engineering, analytics, generative AI on Snowflake

Standout Clients: None named in the sources we checked.

Best For: Smaller Snowflake portcos that want a senior, focused team and AI built on the platform.

Why Choose 7Rivers:

  • Elite tier at a size where senior people do the work
  • New capital aimed specifically at AI on Snowflake
  • Templates and accelerators that cut setup time

Keep in Mind: It is small and Snowflake-only. We found no PE practice, no cross-portco consolidation case study, and no published timelines.

14. Deloitte

Top-tier on Databricks and Snowflake at the same time, built for the largest portcos.

Deloitte homepage: “A WNBA moment with lasting momentum” | ai data lake private equity

Deloitte is a Global Elite Databricks partner. Databricks credits it with Transformation Partner of the Year in 2022 and 2023 and AMER Partner of the Year in 2025 and 2026. Its Databricks alliance includes a Migration Factory for moving legacy estates onto the lakehouse, plus Unity Catalog and governance work. On the Snowflake side, it was Snowflake's 2026 Global Services Partner of the Year.

Services: Databricks Migration Factory, lakehouse modernization, Unity Catalog and data governance, Snowflake implementation, AI and analytics

Standout Clients: Nestlé USA, featured on its Databricks alliance page

Best For: Large-cap sponsors with very large portcos and an existing Deloitte relationship.

Why Choose Deloitte:

  • Top tiers and multiple recent awards on both lakehouse platforms
  • Industrialized migration tooling for big legacy estates
  • Governance depth for regulated portcos

Keep in Mind: Our research found no PE-specific data lake offering. A global firm's minimums and lead times rarely fit a $100 million portco.

15. Accenture

The global implementation leader for very large data estates.

Accenture homepage: “Together We Reinvented” | ai data lake private equity

Accenture was Snowflake's 2026 Global Services Implementation Partner of the Year and appears among the global system integrators recognized in Databricks' 2026 partner awards. In 2023 it committed $3 billion to its Data & AI practice over three years.

Services: Lakehouse implementation on Snowflake and Databricks, data migration, data and AI strategy, managed data services

Standout Clients: None named for lakehouse work in the sources we checked.

Best For: Sponsors running multi-year, multi-geography data programs across very large portfolio companies.

Why Choose Accenture:

  • Snowflake's top implementation partner for 2026
  • Recognized by Databricks at the global SI level
  • Scale for estates with hundreds of source systems

Keep in Mind: We found no PE-specific lakehouse offering. For a mid-market portco that needs first usable data in weeks, the engagement shape is usually wrong.

Final Thoughts on Choosing an AI Data Lake Build Out Partner

Every sponsor on a 2027 hold is going to be asked what its AI is doing. The honest answer for most portfolios is that it is waiting on the data. A lakehouse that consolidates portcos, absorbs add-ons, and feeds fund-level reporting is the precondition. The firms on this list can all build one. They differ on platform, on how well they understand a hold period, and on whether the lake is designed for agents or only for dashboards. If you want that work done with AI in scope from the first sprint, our AI Transformation team builds the lake and the AI on top of it as one project.

We do not have a perfect answer for every portfolio. A Snowflake-heavy fund and a Microsoft-heavy fund need different partners, and a $2 billion portco needs a different shape than a $60 million one. If you are trying to figure out which shape fits, or what your first AI data lake build out partner should deliver in the first 90 days, talk to our team.
