Here at PressW, our biggest flex is our people and our culture. We hold a strict bar for every hire, and it has helped us build an incredible sense of belonging, shared ownership and commitment to excellence.
We recently completed our quarterly company on-site, which brings our remote teammates to our new Austin HQ to spend the week with the rest of the team. The week was the perfect mix of productivity, team building and fun. We set up a Lego Lounge, where our builders traded prompts for bricks for a tech-free reset. This provided a space to come back to play, creativity and boil problems down to the most simple of solutions.
We gathered our Friends & Family to show off our new office (we're suckers for our logo on anything, but especially sugar cookies). We also ran a series of breakout brainstorm sessions across a variety of topics that will help shape our Q4 and 2027 priorities. Those sessions brought together people from every division of the company, which is exactly the kind of collaboration we want to build on.
Demand for our Managed AI Services and AI Transformation engagements keeps outpacing our projections. So in the past quarter, we brought on ten new people across engineering, strategy, design, recruiting, sales and brand.
Each of them cleared a high bar: high agency, deep curiosity about AI, real craft in what they do and a passion for working alongside clients.
