ABOUT PRESSW

# Engineers Who Ship

Production AI.

PressW partners with financial sponsors and management teams to make portfolio companies AI-native. We're not consultants — we're builders who own the outcome from strategy through production.

Most consultancies hand you an AI roadmap and leave. Most dev shops build without business context. PressW was founded to close that gap — a team of senior engineers who understand both the technology and the boardroom, building production AI systems for companies that can't afford to get it wrong.

## How We Work

01

### Own the Outcome

We don't advise from the sidelines. If we recommend it, we build it, deploy it, and stand behind it in production.

02

### Senior-Led, Onshore Teams

Every project is led by senior engineers - not delegated down. You get experienced hands from day one, not someone learning on your budget.

03

### Regulated-Industry Native

Healthcare, insurance, financial services — we build inside compliance constraints daily, not around them.

04

### Velocity Over Process

Weeks to production, not quarters. Lean teams, fast iteration, measurable results at every checkpoint.

## Our People

The humans making AI work like magic.
